*Content Release Agreement*

*Agreement for Content Creation & Service Exchange*

This Agreement is made effective as of the date of acceptance between
BESNAPPED (PTY) LTD
(Registration No: 2020/593433/07, VAT No: 4450303377)
("Creator")

and

[Model/Influencer Name]
("Model").

1. *Exchange of Services*
You agree to model for content creation without monetary payment, but for service credits as agreed with the Creator.

2. *No Monetary Liability*
- The Creator is not required to pay any monies but will honor credits/service exchange agreements.
- You confirm that you waive any claims for additional payment.

3. *Grant of Rights for Marketing*
- You grant the Creator full permission to use all content created in perpetuity.
- The content may be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

4. *Exclusivity of Release*
- This release applies only for commercial marketing by the Creator.
- You retain the right to use personal copies for non-commercial reasons.

5. *Indemnification and Permission for Visual Markings*
- You indemnify and hold harmless the Creator from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from content creation.
- The Creator agrees to use any content with visual markings or identification factors only with the Model's exclusive permission; such permissions will be obtained on a case-by-case basis.
- You acknowledge that the credits/service exchange provided fully compensate your participation.

6. *Governing Law*
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes will be resolved according to South African law.

7. *Acceptance*
By signing below, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent advice.
